Rules and Regulations for Export of Livestock
- The import and export of livestock and livestock product are regulated by Pakistan Animal Quarantine (Import and Export of Animal and Animal Products) Act, 1979 and Rules 1980.
- Import of livestock is subject to satisfying animal health needs of Quarantine Departments of importing or exporting countries. Exporting country submit specimen health certificate to Ministry of livestock for vetting before commencing export.
